Came well wrapped and protected. Cover is light weight and easy to maneuver. Overall great machine. Jets powerful, heats quickly and bluetooth is added bonus. We are really happy with our tub.

Wife was so excited for our spa to arrive. Was very easy to perform some minor adjustments on the jets before set up was complete. Such a great refresher in late evenings, muscle aches better and sleeping better. Shipping company took some time but overall entirely pleased!
