Refund and Return Policy

 

At Relaxacia, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that our return and refund policy is fair and transparent. Please take the time to read and understand the following terms and conditions for any returns or refunds.


**For the most accurate and detailed Refund and Return policy for each product, please refer to the individual product page. Each product page is equipped with an information tab providing precise information regarding the refund and return process specific to that item.**

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

 

  • You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships, with the exception of custom orders (see below).
  • Requests for returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the product's arrival.
  • In cases where a manufacturer does not accept returns, you will be required to keep the product.

 

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

 

  • Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations of Custom Orders:

 

  • For custom or made-to-order products, cancellations and refunds are not available as these items are specifically produced for your order.

  • Once you place your order, the production process begins, and cancellations cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds and Returns:

  • If you need to exchange your product, you have the option to do so. Please note that you, as the customer, will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

  • Due to the significant increase in LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with another item, we might be able to assist you with covering some of the costs depending on the product.

Damaged Items:

  • Kindly inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon their arrival. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the event of damaged item(s), send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@relaxacia.com. We will then initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. For freight damage, photos and videos must be submitted within 24 hours of the item's arrival, or the claim will not be valid. Additionally, any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

  • You understand that you must inspect the package upon delivery, and if any damage is found, you will promptly notate it and take pictures. You will then provide this information to Relaxacia within 24 hours of the product's delivery.
  • You understand that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • You understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused, and an additional restocking fee may apply.
  • You understand that once your order has left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
  • You understand that if you return your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which typically amount to around 25% but may vary depending on the product.
