We understand the challenges of fluctuating freight shipping rates and want to assure our customers that we are working hard to minimize costs. Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the transaction. Subsequently, we promptly contact our suppliers to verify stock availability for immediate shipment. If, however, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. In case your item(s) are ready for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will proceed with processing the charges and prepare the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

Once your order is in stock, and we have successfully processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. Rest assured, we will provide you with tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, and we will use the email address you provided during checkout. If, for any reason, you do not receive tracking information within six business days after placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us at sales@relaxacia.com.

Please Note: We currently only offer shipping within the USA.

 

Shipping Options

  • Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping option is usually completely free! This choice generally delivers your order within 5-7 days after your order submission. While this option is available for most products, we do offer other shipping options as well. Before placing your order, please get in touch with us to inquire about additional options.
  • We sometimes offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee: This premium option includes the item being delivered to your room of choice, minor assembly (where applicable), and removal of all packaging materials from your premises. Please note that saunas will not be assembled with this delivery option. Please contact us for more details at sales@relaxacia.com.

 

Order Changes

While we make every effort to fulfill your order as placed, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may require us to make adjustments or changes. In such cases, we will contact you promptly regarding any changes and work to find a satisfactory resolution.
